Michael Rustenberghe,

Michael is a great and seasoned leader who has been an expert in the commercial real state industry for 35+ years. He has led and sold multiple successful organizations in the industry throughout his career, his largest to date being ID Plans.
Owning businesses his whole life, Michael always desired the idea of running a business with one of his children. Michael having seven kids would have many opportunities but none of them seemed to have the desire to be entrepreneurs until Colton came along. Michael and Colton’s passions were often very similar, sports, leaders, loved family, enjoyed hard work and didn’t mind getting dirty; seemed like a great match! So Michael’s years in the industry and being often on commercial properties, he noticed the same as Colton did which was that no one really had a great rooftop maintenance program in place. Michael being the “go getter” he is presented the idea to Colton shortly after and they were off to the races!
Not only has the business thrived, which was something Michael wanted to see happen, but more than that Michael has seized the opportunity to run a business with one of his children and Michael says it has been his favorite season of business all throughout his life!

Colton is a young and driven leader who has breathed entrepreneurship all throughout his life. Starting as a twelve year old he started his first business by selling firewood on the side of the road. Which later would be the building blocks to his multiple endeavors. His main focus is now leading High Inspectations as the Chief Executive Officer. His multitude of endeavors has created a platform of learning and growing throughout the years that he says is priceless and has been one of the priority reasons High Inspectations has been so successful the last four years.
Colton has now been in the commercial real estate industry for five years and has enjoyed every minute of it! Starting as a commercial rooftop data collector when entering the industry, Colton’s years of experience on commercial roof systems made it obvious to him that the CRE (commercial real estate) industry was lacking a great rooftop preventative maintenance program. Once Michael Rustenberghe approached Colton with the idea it was an obvious answer, YES!
Fast forward four years and now High Inspectations led by Mike and Colton has grown to service 400+ rooftops per year and countless other rooftop enhancement repair jobs that this industry has never seen before! High Inspectations has grown to service 30+ states on the east side of the United States and are working to cover the whole United States soon!
